What makes S&J Diving unique is that, as a privately held company owned and run by experienced divers, we are able to offer our employees a terrific place to work, financial incentives, and meaningful involvement in the operation of the company.

Divers must have graduated from an accredited commercial diving school or have optained training experiance through the Military. As a minumal experience level a diver must have at least 3 years of diving experience with appropriate Dive Logs to reflect his or her level of experience.  It is preferable that the diver have offshore experience as opposed to Inland, however, Inland divers are encouraged to transfer into the Gulf diving operations provided they have gained experience in operation of the rack and gained experience with recompresson chamber operations.
