Stanley E. Jones
President/CEO

In 1987 Stanley E. Jones founded S & J DIVING, INC. Stanley has over thirty years of experience in the underwater profession, including an excess of 3000 working dives.   From early 1972 to late 1986, as a diver, supervisor, and project manager, for such companies as Taylor Diving & Salvage, Solus Ocean Systems, Oceaneering International, and J & J Marine Diving Company, Inc.  Stan gained a wealth of oilfield experience while working on projects in the Gulf of Mexico, and throughout the world.    Stan’s extensive background in inland work is worldwide, and includes construction, inspection, repair, and maintenance of dams, piers, docks and pipelines.

Stan serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of S & J Diving, Inc. and holds a Captain’s License.



Gideon H. Jones
P.E.

Gideon Jones graduated from the University of Houston and is a Professional Engineer, licensed in the State of Texas.  Gideon’s twenty years of marine experience includes design of offshore platform fabrication facility, refurbishing of floating drilling platforms, and design of air conditioning systems for platform modules and marine vessels.



Mary Ann Galletti
Office Manager

Mary Ann has been active in the diving industry since 1956.  Working with her husband, John Galletti, until his death in 1977, she played a significant part in the growth and development of J & J Marine Diving, Company, Inc.  Mary Ann’s years of “working experience” from the “ground up” enabled her to assume sole ownership and management of J & J in 1977.
Mary Ann has served on the Board of Directors with the founding members of the Association of Diving Contractors, Vice President of the ADC, and editor of the Commercial Diving Journal.



John L. Joly 
Senior Project Coordinator

John has come aboard to assist with Project Coordination and Business Development. John brings 30 years experience in oilfield construction as diver, supervisor and superintendent prior to becoming a consultant for projects consisting of platform decommissioning, pipeline flushing, hydro-testing and abandonment, platform removal, subsequent scrapping and site clearance.  Further experience includes pipe-lay and burial, tie-ins, riser and clamp installation, hydraulic and mechanical pipeline connectors, hot taps, SBM, SALM installation and maintenance, photo, video and ROV inspection and vessel salvage. He has been certified in plate and pipe welding, non-destructive testing (UT & MPI), NORM detection, and explosive use.  He has supervised major platform reinforcement jobs in the North Sea and the GOM.  He holds a current SafeGulf card.
